What follows governs orders placed here. Olviera Parade is an online retailer operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Olviera Parade does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

No warranty is added by this store. If a product page states a warranty, it is that warranty, on its own terms, in force.

Placing an order

Checkout is your offer to buy; the order becomes a contract when the confirmation email reaches you. Should stock turn out to be unavailable after confirmation, we tell you and refund the whole amount (Cancellation policy).

Product information

We describe each piece from confirmed information only. Absent specifications are absent because they are not confirmed, not because they were overlooked. Photographs are representative; colour varies by screen and natural materials vary batch to batch. For a fit question, write to [email protected] – we can help you compare with the listed specifications, though we cannot warrant suitability.

Pricing

Rupee prices, and they can move. Whatever was displayed at the moment your order was confirmed is the price that binds. An obvious pricing mistake on a listing is raised with you before dispatch instead of being pushed through.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

GST

On tax: the business is not registered for GST, because turnover remains below the applicable GST registration threshold. Two practical consequences. First, GST is not charged separately on anything you order. Second, we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. The figure on the product page is the price of the goods; any delivery charge appears before you complete checkout.

Materials

Plated finishes wear with time and contact with perfume, water and skin. Cubic zirconia is a synthetic stone and imitation pearl is not natural pearl. Every listing states which it is.

Use of this website

Site content belongs to Olviera Parade or is used with the owner permission. Commercial reuse is not permitted without asking. Interfering with the site or placing fraudulent orders is not either.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

Indian law governs, and the statutes most relevant here are the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
