Payment policy

Payment at Olviera Parade is UPI or Cash on Delivery – a intentionally short list.

Cards

We do not accept cards. No credit card, debit card or card-on-file payment is taken, and consequently no card details are collected or stored by this store at any point. If a page or a message asks for card details in the name of Olviera Parade, it did not come from us.

Currency and pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and cover the goods only. Delivery, where it applies, is displayed before you finish checkout: ₹49 on orders below ₹999, free from ₹999.

UPI

Choose UPI at checkout and complete the payment in whichever UPI app you use. The transaction is between the two banks; we do not handle or hold your PIN at any stage.

Cash on Delivery

COD carries no additional fee and is offered on eligible orders and PIN codes. The agent collects payment at the door. Where a PIN code falls outside the network, the option is not shown.

On tax

A note on tax, because it gets asked. Olviera Parade is not registered for GST – turnover sits below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply. In real terms that means GST is not charged separately, and no GST tax invoice with a GSTIN can be issued. What you see on the product page is the price of the goods; delivery charges, where they apply, appear before checkout is completed.

You will find an order invoice inside the parcel – it records what you bought and what you paid, but it is not a GST tax invoice.

Sets and single pieces

Where a listing says necklace and earrings set, the price covers the whole set. Single pieces are priced and listed separately.

Failed or duplicate payments

From time to time a UPI debit succeeds while the order does not register. Email [email protected] with the UPI reference and the time and we will reconcile it. Duplicate payments are returned within 5 business days of confirmation.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order the refund is sent to bank or UPI details you provide. Timelines are in the Return and refund policy and the Cancellation policy.

Price changes after ordering

Once your order is confirmed, the price on the confirmation is the price. A later change to a product page does not affect an order already placed, in either direction.

What appears on your statement

A UPI payment shows against the account name registered for this store, which may read slightly differently from the shop name on this website. If a line on your statement is unclear, send us the reference at [email protected] and we will identify it.
